We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Handyman to join a fast‑paced school construction project in Peckham. Key Responsibilities
- Snagging and Finishing: handover prep, touching up paintwork, and basic dry lining/patching.
- Basic Carpentry: adjusting doors, fixing ironmongery, and easing locks.
- Site Maintenance: installing temporary protection on finished surfaces and putting up site signage.
- Managerial Support: assisting the Site Manager with ad‑hoc trade tasks to keep the handover on track.
What We Need From You
- Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled card preferred, Green considered with strong trade experience).
- Own Tools: full set of hand tools and basic cordless power tools (drill/impact driver essential).
- Full PPE: hard hat, high‑vis vest/jacket, steel‑toe cap boots.
