We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, family:run Nursery in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting childrens learning and development in a nurturing, child:centred environment.

Applicants must hold a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

About This Early Years Practitioner Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can thrive
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observing, assessing, and recording each childs development and progress
- Acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
- Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare procedures are upheld at all times
