A fast:growing, privately owned group operating across the hospitality and consumer sectors is looking for a Head of Finance to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting the next stage of the businesss growth.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day:to:day finance function across a multi:brand, multi:site business
• Lead budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial reporting
• Partner closely with operational and senior leadership teams to drive commercial performance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies
• Drive cost savings and ensure strong financial discipline across the business
• Support business growth, acquisitions and integration activity
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions
• Lead, develop and motivate the finance team
• Get hands:on across the finance function and be prepared to roll up your sleeves when needed

Candidate Profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• An ambitious and hungry finance professional looking for their next challenge
• Experienced within a multi:site, multi:brand or fast:paced hospitality, consumer is essential
• Proactive, hands:on and commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge and influence
• Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail
• Someone who naturally spots problems, finds solutions and gets things done
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly
• A strong communicator who can build relationships across finance and operations
• A natural leader who enjoys developing people and improving the way things are done
• Practical and commercially savvy, with a strong focus on cost control, efficiency and value creation
