Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable, not essential)
- Relevant support work or teaching assistant experience (must provide references)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Support young people with complex needs (age 5+ years) in an educational setting
- Work on a 1:1 basis with students when required
- Support in class with a small group
This role is full time, permanent, 40 hours a week, term‑time only. The setting supports approximately 80+ children and young adults, many of whom have complex needs including EBD and autism. The team is welcoming, modern, and committed to providing a safe, supportive environment. This position will close in two weeks.
