JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in County Durham. The pay for this position is GBP20 - GBP23 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.
Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.
Specific Skills Required:- Band 6 Physiotherapist/OT with experience in hospital ward, rehabilitation/regalement.
- Mobility assessment, exercise programme and discharge planning.
- Must be HCPC registered.
- Provision of equipment (manual handling experience essential).
- Supervision of junior staff.
- Car driver essential: required to carry items of equipment in car.
- Knowledge of common conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, dementia, MSK, COPD, orthopaedics and falls.
