My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their fine dining restaurant in this stylish hotel in Scotland. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the F and B Director and oversee the day:to:day running of the restaurant.
About The Position
- Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
- Manage the P and L, forecasting and budgeting
- Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
- Report to the F and B Director
The successful candidate
- At least 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- A born leader with a can:do attitude
- Luxury hotel experience
- Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
- A dynamic and motivated individual
