I am looking for a Project Manager to join a growing business delivering high-quality commercial developments across the leisure and hospitality sector. This is a brilliant opportunity for a well-rounded construction professional who enjoys variety, influence, and hands-on project involvement. The role blends surveying and project management, so it will suit someone with a background in building surveying, construction management or construction consultancy.
You will have the chance to shape projects from the early stages through to completion, influencing design decisions along the way and playing a key role in delivering successful outcomes.
Role:- Carrying out building surveys and advising on design, construction, repair and refurbishment.
- Developing project briefs, specifications and designs.
- Managing tendering processes and appointing designers and contractors.
- Overseeing works using recognised building contracts and current technical standards.
- Completing project inspections at key stages.
- Working on projects ranging from £10k to £500k.
- Experience in surveying, project management or construction consultancy.
- Confidence working across commercial building projects.
- Strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
- The ability to influence design and delivery decisions.
- A proactive, collaborative approach.
- Hybrid working available after the qualifying period.
