We are partnering with a successful restaurant group on the search for a Senior Sous Chef ready to step up. With 3 successful sites and more on the way, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills with a clear path to Head Chef.
The Restaurant:
- Premium casual dining: elevated food, small plates, sharing concepts
- 160-200 covers on weekends
- 45‑hour contract, breaks between services
- Kitchen set: charcoal grill, flatbread ovens
- Brigade of 15-20 chefs per site
- All fresh food prepared on site
The Senior Sous Chef Role:
- Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
- Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence: with full support from the Group Executive Chef
- Manage ordering, stock control, rotas, and food safety
- 45‑hour week, Mondays admin days
- Help develop the brigade, including CDPs
- Genuine pathway to your first Head Chef role

- Strong Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step
