Salary: £28,000 base + commission (OTE £35,000)

Role Overview
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be central to sourcing high‑quality candidates and maintaining our talent pipelines. You will support senior colleagues with candidate management, resourcing, and operational admin to keep recruitment cycles flowing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, Caterer, Indeed and other platforms
- Support junior and volume recruitment projects
- Screen candidates and provide feedback to the Senior Consultant
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate availability
- Create interview prep sheets to ready candidates for interviews
- Keep processes moving and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Build and maintain talent pools for future roles
- Maintain accurate, organised CRM records
- Send interview confirmations and candidate prep packs
- Format CVs into client‑ready documents
- Chase references and manage follow‑ups
- Support shortlist admin and inbox management
- Assist with onboarding and candidate/client gifting
- Maintain hotlists and newsletter databases
Qualifications & Skills
- Reliable and consistent; dependable for the team
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Strong written, verbal communication, and phone skills
- Organised with brilliant attention to detail
- Comfortable using tech, systems and AI tools
- Positive energy and a good attitude
- Happy working in the London office Monday to Thursday
