With 3 successful sites and more on the way, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills with clear progression.
- The Restaurant
- Premium casual dining : elevated food, small plates, sharing concepts
- 160:200 covers on weekends
- 45: hour contract, breaks between services
- Kitchen set: up: charcoal grill, flatbread ovens
- Brigade of 15:20 chefs per site
- All fresh food prepared on site
- The Junior Sous Chef Role
- Support the sous chef in leading the kitchen team
- Step up and run the kitchen in the sous chefs absence
- Manage ordering, stock control, rotas, and food safety
- 45: hour week
- Help develop the brigade, including CDPs
- Genuine pathway to your first sous chef role
