The Opportunity: This Trainee Dental Nurse position offers an excellent pathway into the dental profession, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience within a specialist clinical environment. You will assist the dental team with patient care, support a variety of treatments, and learn the day-to-day responsibilities of a dental nurse while working towards your professional qualification. Main Duties:

  • Assist clinicians and specialists during a variety of dental procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for patient appointments
  • Follow infection control, sterilisation, and health and safety procedures
  • Support patients throughout their appointments and help maintain a positive patient experience
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
  • Work closely with the wider practice team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
  • Participate in training and develop knowledge of dental nursing procedures and best practices
