Do you want to work for a leading manufacturer, part of a multi-billion-pound global group, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards? They are looking for an experienced reliability engineer to handle all day to day PPM plans, CI and reliability work.
Role And Responsibilities
- Dealing with all day to day PPMs continuous improvement and reliability work
- Working on production, processing and packaging machinery
- Complete daily PPMs across full machine line shutdowns
- Lead proactive engineering activities to maximise uptime, improve machine performance and reduce maintenance costs
- Analyse data from machinery, identify trends, RCA, implement new solutions, create new PPM plans
- Use tools like Power BI and OMP to analyse trends from machinery
- Carry out vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Must be a multi-skilled engineer
- Role would suit someone that wants to solely do a PPM based opportunity
- Must have experience of working in manufacturing
- Happy to support maintenance engineers with any machinery breakdowns when needed
- Strong problem solver, able to perform RCA
- Proven data analysis skills (ideally using Power BI)
- Experience in a similar reliability engineering, predictive maintenance engineering role
- Strong mechanical fault finding skills, vibration analysis, greasing, oil analysis
