Salary up to GBP 36,000 plus overtime (approx 24 hours per month, OTE GBP 40,000+). Additional benefits include increasing holidays (21 days up to an extra 5), birthday off, bank holidays, overnight expenses, and ongoing training. Working hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week from 08:30 to 17:00 (flexibility required).

Join a friendly team in a field‑based role that offers full training, overtime opportunities and no call‑out requirements. This role suits a mechanically biased or multi‑skilled engineer with experience servicing and repairing any machinery. Candidates from any mechanical industry are encouraged as the company can provide in‑house and manufacturer training.

Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and repairing biomass boilers.
  • Working within a range of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality and commercial.
  • Providing detailed reports.
  • Assisting the installation team on occasion when required.
  • Working away during the week up to 4 nights per week when required.
  • Working at client sites throughout the UK.
  • Working independently.
