My client is launching an exciting new premium champagne and wine bar concept in West London, focused on delivering a refined and elevated guest experience within a stylish, high‑quality environment. The venue will offer an extensive champagne, wine, and sparkling selection alongside premium small plates and a sophisticated all‑day experience. Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the General Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the venue
  • Delivering exceptional guest experience and maintaining high service standards throughout
  • Driving sales through strong floor presence, upselling, and team engagement
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the front of house team
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensuring excellent attention to detail across service, presentation, and operational standards
