We are looking for Customer Service Agents with previous telephony experience within Financial Services firms to join an exciting project in Edinburgh. This is an initial 3‑month contract starting 26th January 2026, with the possibility of extension. You will be working Monday‑Friday (37.5 hours per week) full time on the client site in Edinburgh. Salary is GBP 150 per day, paid via an umbrella company.
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls on general service‑related enquiries.
- Support vulnerable customers.
- Log and update systems relating to customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Financial services industry experience, including previous telephony roles.
- Experience in resolving customer queries and updating client systems.
- Ability to commute to Edinburgh for onsite working.
