Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 8 to 12 Criminal Solicitors, including mentoring, staff appraisal, workload allocation, and ensuring the smooth operation of criminal prosecution cases.
  • Providing guidance on complex legal issues and overseeing daily staff management responsibilities.
  • Handling general staff and HR issues, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
  • This role does not involve handling your own cases, making it suitable for candidates in senior or Head of Department roles seeking a change.
