Job Details
- Location: Lingfield, Surrey
- Pay: £93-£100 per day for the first 12 weeks; £20,000-£23,500 salary (permanent)
- Work hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
- Term: 39 weeks per year – full time only
This opportunity begins with a 12-week temporary placement before transferring into the school's permanent staff team.
The Role
- Supporting SEN learners within a school or college setting
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
- Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement
- Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff
- Supporting student wellbeing and daily routines
- Contributing to reports and student progress records
