Are you an organised and customer-focused Events Coordinator who enjoys bringing experiences to life and building strong client relationships? You will be joining a unique and well-known venue, playing a key role in growing and delivering corporate and private events. Working closely with the Creative and Programming Lead, you'll manage bookings from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every event runs smoothly whilst helping to increase awareness of the venue and its event offering. This Events Coordinator role is initially for a 6 month contract but could be extended based on performance.

Your responsibilities as Events Coordinator:
- Managing event enquiries, preparing quotes and converting bookings
- Coordinating corporate and private occasions from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Liaising with suppliers, caterers and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Supporting on-site delivery of events and resolving issues professionally when required
- Attending networking occasions to promote the venue and build local partnerships
- Supporting community engagement opportunities aligned with the organisation's charitable objectives
What we're looking for in an Events Coordinator:
- Previous experience within Events, Hospitality or Customer Service
- Confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends when required
- Experience liaising with suppliers, clients and external stakeholders
- A proactive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices would be advantageous
