Randstad Education is seeking high-calibre Cover Supervisors to start ASAP with our partner schools in Wallasey (CH44 / CH45) and the surrounding Wirral areas. We are looking for dedicated professionals with a proven track record in mainstream secondary or SEN settings who are ready to support the local learning community.

Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people (e.g., coaching, youth work).
- Effective communication skills to explain tasks and give instructions.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to handle challenging behaviour.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for one).
Your Role
- Lead the classroom by supervising students as they complete pre-set work.
- Manage student behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Guide learning by explaining lesson objectives and answering student questions.
- Ensure a safe environment by following all school safeguarding procedures.
- Take accurate registers and monitor attendance at the start of every lesson.
- Collect completed work and provide feedback for the returning teacher.
- Act as a professional role model, encouraging students to stay on task and engaged.
