Responsibilities

Applications sought from Court of Protection Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.

You will be responsible for a broad court of protection caseload including deputyship applications, welfare cases, and financial management.

Advising clients, families, and professionals with sensitivity and clarity.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver the highest standard of client care.

Play an active role in business development, networking, and building client relationships.

Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.

A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Step membership would be advantageous, but not essential.

Access to your own transport is essential.
