A new opportunity for an experienced Costs Solicitor looking for a new challenge.

This highly reputable Costs team deals with all elements of costs from low value disputes, fixed recoverable costs and high value and complex costs matters across a broad spectrum of commercial and personal injury litigation.

Applications are sought from Costs Lawyers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE in costs litigation. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include:

  • drafting costs budgets
  • assessing bills of costs
  • drafting Points of Dispute
  • drafting bills of costs
  • negotiating settlements
  • drafting Schedules of Costs

You will possess excellent technical skills in the relevant area, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. You will ultimately have a passion for this sector and drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team.
