- Execute the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer’s plan for preventative work, in addition to reactive tasks.
- Use appropriate root cause analysis tools and 5S.
- Actively support a culture of Continuous Improvement, seeking ways to engineer out persistent problems.
- Carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance.
- Accurately record all maintenance tasks performed in an electronic reporting system.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Formal Engineering Qualification: C and G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or Apprenticeship‑trained.
- Continuous improvement knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of good engineering standards.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
