Our client is a well-known fast-paced manufacturer, part of a larger group in the UK. They are now looking for a contract project manager to oversee building facilities and utilities upgrades to their facility in West Bromwich.
Role And Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management for building, facilities and utilities upgrades
- Conducting site surveys to identify needs for upgrades
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Reading and interpretation of technical drawings, P and IDs
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Ability to read and interpret P and ID drawings, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience within a Food or FMCG manufacturing environment overseeing upgrades
- Experience with industrial steam, water treatment, electric and air systems
