The role involves managing a varied and high quality caseload of non-contentious construction matters, providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice at every stage of construction projects. You will advise a broad range of clients including developers, contractors, subcontractors and insurers and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating construction contracts and professional appointments. The role also offers the opportunity to support business development initiatives and to work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team, contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in construction law and strong experience in non-contentious matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload and able to communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent technical expertise, strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive within a growing team are essential.
