We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive conveyancer to join the branch office of this busy residential property team.
The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post‑completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re‑mortgages.
- With support from an established team and modern systems, you’ll deliver high‑quality legal advice and an exceptional client experience.
Skills Required
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or non‑qualified with the requisite experience.
- Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
- Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
