An opportunity has arisen to join a growing and ambitious corporate commercial team.

The role offers exposure to high-quality, varied work for a broad client base ranging from household name brands to regulated and owner-managed businesses, with increasing involvement in international and cross-border projects. This position offers the chance to develop your expertise across a wide spectrum of commercial and regulatory work, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. You will work with clients operating across sectors such as technology and software, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer-facing markets, advising on both strategic projects and day-to-day commercial matters.

Skills Required

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in a similar role
  • Solid general commercial experience, coupled with an interest in building expertise in financial services and regulatory matters
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment
