JOB REF:9785. The Role Handle a diverse caseload of Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance matters. Advise on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, relocations, rent reviews, and refinancing. Collaborate with the corporate team on property aspects of business sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations. Work independently and as part of a dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, and solicitors. Participate in marketing, networking, and business development to grow your client base. Skills Required 2-4 years PQE in Commercial Property law with relevant experience. Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to legal issues. Excellent communication and client care skills.
