The Role
- Handle a diverse caseload of Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance matters.
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, relocations, rent reviews, and refinancing.
- Collaborate with the corporate team on property aspects of business sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations.
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, and solicitors.
- Participate in marketing, networking, and business development to grow your client base.
Skills Required
- 2-4 years PQE in Commercial Property law with relevant experience.
- Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to legal issues.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
