The Role

  • Handle a diverse caseload of Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance matters.
  • Advise on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, relocations, rent reviews, and refinancing.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team on property aspects of business sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations.
  • Work independently and as part of a dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, and solicitors.
  • Participate in marketing, networking, and business development to grow your client base.

Skills Required

  • 2-4 years PQE in Commercial Property law with relevant experience.
  • Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to legal issues.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and enthusiastic about professional development.
