You’ll work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contractual and corporate litigation, fraud, professional negligence, and contentious regulatory matters. Advise clients on contractual, corporate, regulatory, and negligence disputes. Manage cases from pre-action strategy through to trial and enforcement. Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and settlement documents. Coordinate expert witnesses, counsel, and cross-functional legal teams. Build and grow client relationships across key sectors. Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees. Support the strategic direction of the litigation team, driving innovation and excellence.

Skills Required

  • Applications sought from solicitors with 6+ years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally from a leading UK or international firm.
  • Proven experience in handling high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
  • A client-first, commercially aware mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • A confident communicator and negotiator with outstanding drafting and advocacy skills.
