Salary: A GBP 34,000 to A GBP 46,000 Depending on experience and qualifications

The Opportunity: To join an established, successful facilities management business that specialises servicing commercial and industrial clients in and around the South West and Midlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Full scope of commercial gas works including installation, planned maintenance, remedial and responsive repair work of commercial gas systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills.

The Successful Candidate Would Have:

  • Commercial Gas Safe qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CODNCO1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1 and TPCP1A.
  • Minimum of three years experience.
  • ACS Gas safety certification and preferably trained to NVQ or C and G standard.
  • OFTEC accreditation OFT10:101, OFT10:105E, OFT10:600a and the LPG gas qualification CONGLP1: advantageous though not essential.
  • Driving license.
