The Opportunity: To join an established, successful facilities management business that specialises servicing commercial and industrial clients in and around the South West and Midlands.
Responsibilities:
- Full scope of commercial gas works including installation, planned maintenance, remedial and responsive repair work of commercial gas systems.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
The Successful Candidate Would Have:
- Commercial Gas Safe qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CODNCO1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1 and TPCP1A.
- Minimum of three years experience.
- ACS Gas safety certification and preferably trained to NVQ or C and G standard.
- OFTEC accreditation OFT10:101, OFT10:105E, OFT10:600a and the LPG gas qualification CONGLP1: advantageous though not essential.
- Driving license.
