A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint a Solicitor with up to 5 years' experience in dealing with commercial and property litigation matters.

The Role

With an excellent reputation for providing advice across all aspects of dispute resolution, the thriving disputes team has identified the need for a well-rounded Commercial and Property Litigation Solicitor to join their ranks and advise on the broad remit of commercial and property litigation matters. The team requires a Solicitor who can advise on a varied caseload of litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and property litigation. Boosting specialists who have experience in a variety of litigation matters, the firm are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters and provide support to the partners and other solicitors within the team.

The Candidate

You will have the gravitas to come in from day one and get stuck in with the busy caseload as well as undertake business development to develop further business for the department. Ambitious Commercial and Property Litigation Solicitors will have at least 1 years' experience in dealing with all types of commercial litigation including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes as well as property litigation matters.
