We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to join our education team as a Teaching Assistant

Working within a specialist educational environment, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils learning, development, and wellbeing, helping to create a positive and engaging learning experience every day.

About The Role

As part of our team, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to overcome barriers to learning and encouraging positive outcomes.

As a Teaching Assistant, youll know discover that no two days are ever the same, and neither are the children you will support.

Key Responsibilities As Teaching Assistant

  • Support the delivery of high: quality teaching and learning through classroom support, small group work, and one: to: one interventions, helping pupils achieve their individual learning goals.
  • Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, contributing to personalised learning plans and supporting positive educational, social, and emotional outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to develop engaging, differentiated learning experiences and maintain effective learning resources and classroom environments.
  • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour by creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through professional development, teamwork, quality assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance teaching and learning.
