An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join an established and highly respected law firm to deal with a varied caseload of litigation matters. You will be managing your own caseload of litigation-related matters and possess the drive and ambition to further build a litigation department.
Ideal Litigation Solicitors will have the ability to handle a broad range of disputes including landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate and commercial disputes. You will have at least 5 years PQE in advising across the broad spectrum of litigation matters and be ambitious as well as keen to help develop a department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years PQE in advising across a broad range of litigation matters.
- Ability to manage own caseload of disputes including landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate, and commercial disputes.
- Professional, proactive, client-focused, and confident working with other practice areas.
