This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced family law professional eager to embrace a new challenge, step into a leadership role, and thrive in a supportive, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment.

A highly regarded, regional law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor to lead their new Essex office opening. With plenty of autonomy, real support and a clear, fast-tracked route to partnership, you will lead your own caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and private children law cases. In this senior role, you will deal with your own files and play a key role in further developing the family offerings in Essex.

We are seeking applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE and proven strong technical expertise in family law matters. You will be handling a mix of private family work including financial remedy; children matters and complex and high-value disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the confidence to manage files independently. We are looking for a positive, collaborative professional with the drive to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth and development of the practice.
