This highly regarded law firm recognised for its agricultural offerings is seeking an additional Agricultural Property Solicitor to join its Essex office at Legal Director / Partner level. The appointed Solicitor will be expected to business develop, network and work closely with the existing teams, building relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities include advising and dealing with the broad spectrum of agricultural work such as sales and purchases of farms and farmland, agricultural tenancies, transfers of farming businesses, and sales of farmlands to developers. The role also involves contributing to the firm's ambitious and strategic growth plans through business development and networking.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academics, a strong reputation within agricultural law, and solid technical competence across the broad spectrum of agricultural matters. They should have demonstrable business acumen, the ability to think strategically and operationally, and a genuine passion for specialising in this area. A minimum of 7 years PQE and a track record of excellence in agricultural law are essential.
