CNC Router needed in Telford, Shropshire. Due to an increase in orders, a vacancy has arisen for a CNC Router in a well-established manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire. The CNC Router role comes with a starting hourly rate up to £13.50 per hour (dependant on experience).
The hiring manager is ideally looking for someone who has experience working on a Router, but they would consider someone who has experience working with bandsaws, circular saws or panel saws. Someone who has previously worked as a CNC Operator, CNC Wood Router, Bandsaw Operator, Panel Maker or Timber Frame Panel Maker would be well received.
As a CNC Router, you will:
- Operate and load raw materials onto wood routing CNC machines with precision and care.
- Measure, cut, and inspect parts as they come off the machine to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailed records to perform regular machine maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
- Work from and interpret technical drawings to deliver accurate results.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workshop environment.
- Complete supporting paperwork to ensure smooth workflow and documentation.
