About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Programmer, Setter, Machinist to join our production team. To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate end to end manufacturing capability, from CAD/CAM design to programming (online and offline) and manufacture of a wide range of bespoke precision components. Knowledge of Heidenhain and Mazak milling controllers is essential, and Fanuc turning controller is a distinct advantage. In addition, you should be able to design, make and prove out fixtures and jigs, to efficiently produce high quality components to customer specification.
You are expected to undertake all activities with due regard for the health and safety for yourself and others and perform to agreed standards in respect of quality, customer service and value creation. Engagement with Continuous Improvement activity is expected as part of normal business activities. We operate on a day basis, currently a compressed 4-day working week, which means that for most of the year you will enjoy a 3-day weekend. Job Dimensions
- Fully capable on all aspects of CAD/CAM design (Fusion 360, Powermill, Powershape), programming (Heidenhain, Mazatrol essential), set up and operation of all machines.
- Capable on CMM and all other instrumentation and measurement devices.

- 3 - 5 Years experience at shop floor level
