CNC Grinding – Setter/Operator

Location: Worcester

Shift: Double day shift

Salary: A GBP 28,898 to A GBP 39,773 + 20% shift allowance (A GBP 34,677.60 to A GBP 47,727 per annum) + excellent benefits.

Shift Times:

  • Mon–Fri 5:30 am – 1:30 pm
  • Mon–Thu 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
  • Fri 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Studer cylindrical/universal grinding machines.
  • Produce a wide and varied range of high-tolerance parts used in Mazak CNC machines.
  • Understand Fanuc CNC controls and program/edit/improve existing and new parts.
  • Work within a team of engineers while adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Promote a positive culture among staff through engagement.
