CNC Grinding – Setter/Operator
Location: Worcester
Shift: Double day shift
Salary: A GBP 28,898 to A GBP 39,773 + 20% shift allowance (A GBP 34,677.60 to A GBP 47,727 per annum) + excellent benefits.
Shift Times:
- Mon–Fri 5:30 am – 1:30 pm
- Mon–Thu 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
- Fri 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Studer cylindrical/universal grinding machines.
- Produce a wide and varied range of high-tolerance parts used in Mazak CNC machines.
- Understand Fanuc CNC controls and program/edit/improve existing and new parts.
- Work within a team of engineers while adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
- Promote a positive culture among staff through engagement.
