We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Cluster HR Manager to lead the HR function across a portfolio of 4-5 hotels in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with a strong hospitality background to make a real impact across multiple properties, working closely with General Managers and department heads to build a positive, high-performing culture. You'll be the go-to HR expert for each hotel in the cluster, balancing hands-on operational support with strategic people initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR business partner for General Managers and Heads of Department across all hotels in the cluster
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies across all sites
  • Lead on recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent in a competitive London hospitality market
  • Support and coach line managers on people management best practice
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture across the cluster
  • Oversee HR administration, payroll liaison, and HRIS data accuracy for all properties
  • Manage training and development plans, including compliance and mandatory training
  • Support with workforce planning, budgeting, and headcount reporting
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the cluster

Requirements

  • Proven HR management experience within a multi-site or cluster hotel/hospitality environment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Confident handling complex employee relations cases independently
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality and people
