Overview:
- You will handle a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases, medical, dental, and other clinical injuries.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of medical negligence and the ability to manage cases with confidence and expertise.
- The appointed solicitor will have the ability to provide legal services with a personal touch whilst at all times demonstrating care and understanding.
- Applications are open to newly qualified solicitors with clinical negligence experience.
- Experience in dealing with complex and high value Industrial Disease, fast track/multi-track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence.
