PPM Recruitment, recruiting on behalf of our client, seeks a Customer Service Advisor to join the team in a full-time, permanent role. The position is based in the UK with standard hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, including a 40-minute unpaid lunch break.
You will be the primary contact for clients, handling enquiries and support tickets, maintaining CRM records in Freshdesk, and helping to meet KPIs while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
