The Role

Our client is a well‑established practice in Warwickshire with a growing disputes team. The role involves advising on and handling a variety of civil litigation matters, including debt recovery, property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, and contentious probate issues.

The Candidate

Applicants should be Civil Litigation Solicitors with up to 5 years of PQE, experienced in managing a caseload of litigation matters, representing clients in mediations and court proceedings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing advice on property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, and debt recovery.
