Responsibilities
- An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Solicitor to join a well established civil litigation team, working closely alongside an experienced Litigation Partner on a diverse and engaging caseload.
- The work spans a wide range of matters including boundary disputes, company and commercial litigation, debt recovery, inquest work, judicial review, landlord and tenant disputes, probate disputes, professional negligence claims, property litigation and TOLATA matters.
Qualifications
- Newly qualified Solicitors as well as those with prior litigation experience are welcome.
- Candidates will be proactive and confident, particularly when handling debt recovery calls and able to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Organised and collaborative team player with excellent communication and IT skills and a clear ambition to build a long term career in litigation.
