The Package
- Base salary 45k, service 15k

The Role
- Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Work across different sections, supporting smooth service flow
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in your section
- Assist with stock control, storage, labelling, and rotation according to food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of food during service
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and seasonal menus
- Maintain excellent communication to foster a positive working environment
