The Role
- Support the Head Chef with the daily kitchen operation.
- Take responsibility in the Head Chefs absence.
- Deliver fresh breakfast and lunch services.
- Produce premium canapÃs, bowl food and event catering.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Help organise ordering, preparation and kitchen service.
- Support and supervise the Kitchen Porters.
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
About You
- Previous Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef experience.
- Restaurant background with excellent hospitality experience.
- Confident producing canapÃs, bowl food and premium event catering.
- Passionate about fresh food and presentation.
- Organised, reliable and comfortable leading a small team.
- Able to work within a professional corporate environment.
