My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality operation in London. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full guest journey across Front of House, Food and Beverage, Kitchen and Housekeeping. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, developing teams and ensuring the operation runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across F&B, Front of House, Kitchen and Housekeeping
- Drive exceptional guest experience and luxury service standards
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee both front and back of house operations, ensuring strong communication between departments
- Manage staffing, service delivery, standards and operational performance
- Drive continuous improvement across the operation
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver commercial and operational objectives
- Ensure excellent compliance, hygiene, health and safety and operational standards
