We are partnering with a highly regarded independent luxury restaurant group to find an experienced and hands-on Head of Marketing. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative, commercially minded leader who thrives in premium hospitality environments. You’ll be reporting directly to the Owner and Finance Director, working closely with GMs and Head Chefs across the business, and managing a small team of 1:2. The role is fully on site, with time split between the office and the group’s venues. No agencies are used; everything is executed in-house, so this is a genuinely hands-on position. To be considered, you must come from premium hospitality – luxury hotels, high-end restaurants or private members clubs. Stability is important, so ideally you’ll have at least 2 years in each of your recent roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small marketing team (1:2)
  • Own and deliver the full marketing strategy in-house
  • Work directly with the Owner and Finance Director on brand direction and commercial planning
  • Collaborate with GMs and Head Chefs across the portfolio
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Oversee branding, content, digital presence, and promotional activity
  • Drive footfall, brand awareness, and guest engagement across all sites

Ideal Profile

  • Premium hospitality background required
  • Strong digital marketing experience
  • Creative, organized, proactive, and commercially driven
