Food and Beverage Operations Manager : New Opening

Location: Central London

Salary: A GBP 80,000 :A GBP 90,000+

If you think great food and drink can fix almost anything, we should probably talk...... I am looking for an experienced and commercially driven Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead a dynamic, high-volume hospitality operation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a new opening, shaping the guest experience, building a high-performing team, and driving revenue through food, beverage, and events.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of F and B operations, leading from the front while developing a strong team culture and delivering a compelling, high-quality hospitality offering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets and event spaces
  • Support pre-opening activity including setup, recruitment, and team training
  • Drive revenue growth through events, promotions, and customer experience initiatives
  • Oversee event planning, bookings, and entertainment delivery
  • Manage P and L, budgets, stock control, labour costs, and overall profitability
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
  • Work closely with senior leadership and marketing to grow the business

Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior F and B leadership role within a high-volume environment
  • Strong commercial focus with experience managing P and L and driving revenue
  • Background in events, entertainment, or late-night hospitality is highly desirable
  • Passion for team development, coaching, and building strong team culture
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of stock control, cost management, and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements
  • Personal alcohol licence (or ability to obtain)
