Duty Manager : Multi:Food Concept : A GBP 40,000 : London in City of Westminster

Were looking for an energetic and people:focused Duty Manager to help lead a busy, high:volume hospitality venue.

Youll be responsible for leading shifts, inspiring your team and delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and commercially. Working closely with the senior leadership team, youll coach and develop your people, maintain outstanding operational standards and help drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.

About You

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Confident leading high:volume operations.
• A natural people leader who enjoys developing others.
• Commercially aware with strong organisational skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to make confident decisions.
• Passionate about delivering brilliant hospitality every day.
