Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Wiltshire
Salary: GBP 30,000 : GBP 35,000 Basic (Salary Negotiable DOE) + Company Benefits Package
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor / Parts Controller to join an established service and repair company based in Wiltshire.

As Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the day:to:day parts operation, ensuring engineers and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and within agreed timescales. This is a varied role, combining parts sales, stock control, purchasing, administration and customer service.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- : Identifying and sourcing parts for all related machinery.
- : Managing the day:to:day parts operation and responding to parts enquiries.
- : Ordering parts and monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive within required timescales.
- : Providing parts support to engineers, the workshop, customers and internal departments.
- : Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring stock levels are appropriately managed.
- : Preparing quotations and processing parts sales orders.
- : Dealing with customer and supplier queries professionally and promptly.
- : Maintaining accurate records of parts, orders, costs and supplier information.
- : Supporting regular stock checks and stocktaking activities.
- : Ensuring all parts:related administration is completed accurately.
Requirements Of Role
- : Have previous experience within a Parts Advisor, Parts Controller, Parts Coordinator or Parts Sales position.
- : Have experience working within the construction equipment, plant hire, agricultural, automotive, HGV / commercial vehicle, material handling, or a similar engineering environment.
- : Comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers and engineers.
- : Confident user of IT systems
